2025 Einstein Staff Recognition Awards Celebrate Excellence, Innovation, Leadership, & Dedication
The 2025 Staff Recognition Ceremony held on November 24 was a celebration of the people who make Einstein extraordinary. Katz Dean and chief academic officer at Montefiore Einstein, in his opening remarks. “Your hard work, loyalty, and care make a difference at Einstein every day. Ralph Boccagno, laboratory services employee; Jerome Nadler, assistant director of finance; Susan Nuccio, senior administrator, microbiology and immunology; and Richard Stachurski, electrical supervisor, were honored for their inspiring dedication and 40 years of service to Einstein.
Staff Recognition Awards
In addition to celebrating years-of-service milestones, seven colleagues were recognized for their stand-out work. “Thank you for going above and beyond to inspire others, provide exceptional service, make continuous improvements, and serve as role models at the College of Medicine,” said Yvonne Ramirez, vice president of human resources. “Your leadership and passion set the standard for excellence and drive our shared success.”
- K. Zoe Tsagaris, director, clinical research, Block Institute for Clinical and Translational Research, received the inaugural Dean’s Leadership Award
- Shampa Tiwari, manager, enterprise SaaS digital procurement technology, information & technology, received the Manny Genn Award
- Renee Rodriguez, manager, special programs and events, graduate division of biomedical sciences,received an Outstanding Client Services Award
- The Distinguished Service Awards were presented to Barbara Groszewski, administrative assistant IV, pathology, Lillian Molina, administrator, integrated imaging program for cancer research, and Danielle Crane Puglia, senior administrator, cell biology
- Yesica Pache, program manager, office of medical education, received the Innovative Excellence Award
